Coverage of temporary positions

Company that operates regular passenger transport by road, which became part of a large national group wholly owned by Venture Capital. The aim was to implement the plan for integration of newly acquired company in the group.

The mission lasted 6 months, assuming the position of Program Manager, in direct reporting to the Group CEO and to the company CEO. We directed several simultaneous projects, among them those of Organization, Installations, Maintenance Workshops and implementation of Systems such as Sale and Traffic, Sale in Route, Positioning of Vehicles, Economic Management, and Maintenance and Stores.

Coverage of temporary positions

IT services company which was born as a result of the integration of some of the most important highway traveler transportation companies, to offer a specific solution for the ticket information, booking and sale.

The mission lasted 15 weeks, assuming the position of Program Manager, in direct report to the Group CEO and to the IT business CEO. The objective of the mission was to establish a working internal model that would meet the needs of both internal and external, which require the activities of the various companies comprising the group of companies nationwide.
