International professional services firm quoted in the New York Stock Exchange that, as a result of corporate decisions, decided to abandon its operations in Spain under the premise to do it without any type of negative impact for its professionals, its clients, its suppliers neither its shareholders.

The mission lasted 8 months, during which an action plan was defined, the transfer of the operation to competitor companies was negotiated (personnel, clients, contracts and subcontracts), and cooperation agreements were established to ensure the continuity of services to international clients in Spain. By the end of the mission the local business was transferred in state of inactivity to an outsourcing company.
